3. Delivery Partner
Munashe Group uses a trusted external courier service for all deliveries. Once your order is dispatched:
- You will receive a tracking number and link to monitor the progress of your shipment.
4. Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are included with our products and added at checkout.
- In some cases, large or bulk orders may require custom delivery arrangements. Our team will contact you directly if this applies.

6. Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts:
- The parcel may be returned to Munashe Group or held at the nearest depot.
