Returns Policy
At Munashe Group, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy below to understand how returns are handled.

1. RETURNS/EXCHANGES  

Munashe Group offers exchanges under the following circumstances:

- Size or fit issues due to incorrect ordering.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Preference for a different item, colour, or variation.

2. Return/Exchange Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Munashe Group within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that the following conditions are met:

- The item is unused and in its original condition.

- All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are included.
- A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is provided.
Exchanges are subject to item availability. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchanges.

3. Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

- Customized or special order products.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

4. Return Process

To return an item:

- Contact our Customer Service Team at Admin@munashegroup.co.za within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- You will receive instructions and the return address.
- Carefully package the item and send it back using a trackable courier service.

Note: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

5. Return Shipping

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as Munashe Group is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
